COGECO completed static load test, strain gauge test, extensometer test, tip coring and sonic test for the Metropolis Thao Dien project.
Metropolis Thao Dien is located on the Hanoi Highway, the arterial road that links Ho Chi Minh City to the Southeast provinces, where there will be one of the main routes of the metro system connecting District 2, District 9 and the city center.
Metropolis Thao Dien project is built on 8.2 hectares campus right on the front of Hanoi Highway, Thao Dien Ward, District 2. Metropolis Thao Dien is the largest apartment, commercial, office complex in District 2.
The project was started by Coteccons on 16th February, 2014. The project is invested by Thao Dien Investment JSC – a member of Kusto Group.
Metropolis Thao Dien project is planned in a very modern way with a large green park that promises to be a perfect place to stay, eat and live for residents here. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2016.
