Who we are

Starting in 2002, through more than 16 years of operation, COGECO has implemented technical services in the fields of civil construction, industry, and infrastructure including testing of foundation quality and geotechnical monitoring, survey for more than 1,000 projects spread across provinces and cities nationwide. COGECO is proud to have contributed to the milestone projects of Vietnam’s construction industry such as Landmark 81 Building, Duyen Hai 3 Thermal Power Plant, Urban Railway Line No. 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien), etc.

Foundation quality inspection

Static compressive load test, tensional load test, lateral load test, foundation load test, PIT, PDA, sonic logging, Koden test, coring sampling.

Building and geotechnical monitoring

Inclinometer, piezometer, ground water level, building settlement and inclination, ground settlement, vibration and noise monitoring,etc.

Survey

Soil investigation, topography survey, dilapidation survey, surveying, measuring and making legal document for granting house/ apartment using right certificate.

Material test

Material test, bearing and cable test, laboratory test (for soil investigation)

Be the first company performing successfully static load test 5,500 tons by the combination of load and screw pile method, and can be able to perform static load test up to 7,000 ton.
Be the first Vietnamese company to be able to perform all monitoring works (include real time monitoring) for the first Metro urban railway in Viet Nam.
